In this workshop, I will show you how to first discover and map processes in your company or agency, and only then decide: build your own agent or reach for a ready-made tool. Participants will leave with a map of applications for their business, awareness of risks and costs, and examples of agents assembled live, instead of another list of trendy buzzwords.
