Water gymnastics classes are dedicated to people over 60 years of age who want to improve their physical fitness. The classes take place at the Polonez swimming pool and are organized by OSiR Targówek. The classes are free of charge - PLN 15 for 1 class. Registration from August 21, 2026 only by phone: 22 462 65 84. Information for participants The participant can take part in classes once a week for 30 minutes, in groups of up to 15 people. The participant's stay at the swimming pool is 60 minutes. After exceeding this time, a fee is charged in accordance with the price list. Two unexcused absences result in being removed from the class list and the person being placed on the reserve list. To participate in the classes, you must be at least 60 years old, have a pensioner's ID card, a medical certificate confirming the lack of health contraindications or sign a declaration that participation in the classes is at your own risk, and read the regulations of the classes. Classes last from September 7 to December 11, 2026, excluding holidays.
