Active senior - Łabiszyńska swimming pool

Water gymnastics classes are dedicated to people who have reached the age of 60 and want to improve their physical fitness. The classes take place at the Polonez swimming pool and are organized by OSiR Targówek The classes are paid – 15 zł per 1 class. Registration from 21 August 2026 by phone only: 22 462 65 84. Information for participants A participant may take part in the classes once a week for 30 minutes, in groups of up to 15 people. The participant's stay at the swimming pool is 60 minutes. After exceeding this time, a fee is charged according to the price list. Two unexcused absences result in removal from the class list and the entry of a person from the reserve list. To participate in the classes, the following is required: being at least 60 years old, having a pensioner's ID, a medical certificate stating no health contraindications or signing a declaration that participation in the classes is at one's own responsibility, becoming familiar with the class regulations. The classes run from 7 September to 11 December 2026, excluding public holidays.
