Active senior - Muszelka swimming pool

Water gymnastics classes are dedicated to people who have reached the age of 60 and want to improve their physical fitness. The classes take place at the Muszelka swimming pool and are organized by OSiR Targówek The classes are paid – 15 zł per 1 class. Registration from 5 September 2026 at the reception of the Muszelka swimming pool at ul. Balkonowa 2 or by phone 22 674 10 68 . Information for participants A participant may take part in classes once a week for 30 minutes, in groups of up to 10 people. The participant's stay at the swimming pool is 60 minutes. After exceeding this time, a fee is charged according to the price list. Three unexcused absences result in removal from the class list and assigning the place to a person from the waiting list. To participate in the classes, the following is required: being at least 60 years old, having a pensioner's or disability pensioner's ID, a medical certificate stating no health contraindications or signing a declaration that participation in the classes is at one's own responsibility, becoming familiar with the class regulations. The classes run from 14 September to 23 December 2026, excluding public holidays.
