Water gymnastics at the "Penguin" swimming pool at ul. Oławska 3A is an excellent physical activity for both women and men. The training is conducted: with music; in water; in an aerobic form using specialized equipment; in a sports pool (deeper water) as well as in a recreational pool (shallower water).
