Water gymnastics at the "Pingwin" swimming pool at ul. Oławska 3A is an excellent physical activity aimed at both women and men. The training is conducted: with music; in water; in aerobic form using specialized equipment; in the sports pool (deeper water), as well as in the recreational pool (shallower water).
