Aqua Zumba – Oławska 3A

Aqua Zumba is a workout and dance in the water to hot, Latin rhythms. We use the resistance of the water, thanks to which we burn much more calories than during a workout in the gym. We recommend the classes to people with knee and spine problems, struggling with excess weight, or those who have recovered from an injury. The inability to swim is not an obstacle to taking part in the classes, because the water reaches up to our shoulder line. Registration is via the form and at the phone number 573 347 454.
