Free general development classes with running elements for blind and visually impaired people – Stadion "Podskarbińska", Hala "Siennicka

1. Class description: These classes do not focus exclusively on running but also improve participants’ flexibility, coordination, and fitness. Classes will take place on two lanes of the large tartan track at the “Podskarbińska” Stadium and on the grass field. Throughout the class, volunteers and an instructor will ensure the safety of participants. 2. Who are these classes for? The classes, led by an instructor and supported by volunteers, are designed for both children and adults. We welcome both beginners and those who already have experience in sports. Maximum group size: 10 people. 3. Schedule and registration: “Siennicka” Hall – 40B Siennicka St., 04-393 Warsaw April, November, December: Wednesdays 8:00–9:00 p.m. “Podskarbińska” Stadium – 23 Wojciecha Chrzanowskiego St., 04-392 Warsaw; May–October: Wednesdays, 7:00–8:00 p.m. To register for classes, call (22) 277 60 29 4. Who leads the classes? The classes are conducted under the expert guidance of Mr. Wojciech Makowski, who, in addition to his work in running, is also an outstanding Polish swimmer, a Paralympian, and a member of the Polish national team in the visually impaired category. The class instructor will be Ms. Paulina Joanna Certa, who has extensive experience working with blind and visually impaired individuals. Ms. Paulina is also Mr. Wojciech’s running partner during competitions. 5. Cost of the classes: The classes are free of charge as part of the Municipal Revitalization Program of the Capital City of Warsaw through 2030. 6. Class rules and regulations
