Free general development classes with running elements for blind and visually impaired people – Stadion "Podskarbińska", Hala "Siennicka

1. Class description: These classes do not focus solely on running but also improve elements such as stretching, coordination, and the fitness of the participants. The classes will take place on two lanes of the large tartan track at the "Podskarbińska" Stadium and on the grass field. During the classes, volunteers and the instructor will ensure the safety of the participants. 2. Who are the classes for? The classes led by an instructor, supported by volunteers, are aimed at children and adults. We invite both beginners and those who already have experience in sports. The maximum group size is 10 people. 3. Dates and registration for classes: "Hala Siennicka" – ul. Siennicka 40B, 04-393 Warszawa April, November, December: Wednesdays 20:00-21:00 "Podskarbińska" Stadium – ul. Wojciecha Chrzanowskiego 23, 04-392 Warszawa May - October: Wednesdays 19:00-20:00 Registration for classes by phone (22) 277 60 29 4. Who leads the classes? The classes are held under the substantive supervision of Mr. Wojciech Makowski, who, in addition to being involved in running, is also an outstanding Polish swimmer, Paralympian, and a representative of Poland in the category of blind persons. The instructor of the classes will be Ms. Paulina Joanna Certa, who has extensive experience working with blind and visually impaired people. Ms. Paulina is also Mr. Wojciech's running partner during starts and competitions. 5. Cost of classes: The classes are free of charge as part of the Municipal Revitalization Program of the Capital City of Warsaw until 2030 6. Class regulations
