Free general fitness classes with boxing elements

We invite the residents of Targówek to general development classes with elements of boxing – Boxing for everyone in Targówek! The classes take place from 15.03.2026 to 7.06.2026 Location: Dom Otwarty, ul. Radzymińska 123 Group I – women Group II – mixed beginners Group III – men Due to room availability, the classes take place on a modified schedule: Gr. I – 10:30; Gr. II – 11:30; Gr. III – 12:30 – 15.03, 12.04, 26.04, 24.05, 31.05, 7.06 Gr. I – 14:30; Gr. II – 15:30; Gr. III – 16:30 – 22.03, 29.03, 19.04, 10.05, 17.05 Registration (before each class) and more information The classes are conducted by the Puntana Foundation (HitTheBall) as part of the "Aktywnie na Targówku" program implemented with a grant awarded to non-governmental organizations in the area covered by the Municipal Revitalization Program of the Capital City of Warsaw.
