1. Class Description: Table tennis classes are an excellent way to develop motor skills. They help improve hand-eye coordination, strengthen the muscles of the lower limbs, and enhance coordination. The training sessions develop perceptiveness, spatial awareness, agility, flexibility, and speed. Class duration: 60 min 2. Target group: Classes are intended for children and teens: Group II (ages 11–16) and Group I (ages 7–10). Maximum group size: 14 participants. 3. Schedule and registration: Classes take place from February through December: Group 7–10 years old: Mondays at 6:00 p.m., Wednesdays at 3:30 p.m.; Group 11–16 years old: Mondays at 7:00 p.m. Wednesdays at 4:30 p.m. Registration at the ticket office of the “Siennicka” Hall—40B Siennicka St., 04-393 Warsaw 4. Benefits of the classes: improved motor coordination, development of spatial awareness, strengthening of lower body muscles, improved speed and reflexes, and building social relationships. 5. Who leads the classes? The classes are led by a certified instructor. 6. Equipment used during classes: table tennis balls, table tennis paddles 7. Cost of the classes: The classes are free of charge as part of the Municipal Revitalization Program of the Capital City of Warsaw through 2030 8. Class rules
