Free classes - healthy spine

We invite female residents of Targówek to free classes for women aged 18-60 – healthy spine. Classes from 1.06 to 22.12.2026 – with a summer break. Healthy spine classes take place on: Tuesdays, 7:30 PM Thursdays, 7:15 PM at Szkoła Podstawowa nr 398, at ul. Rembrandta 8. REGISTRATION: QR code on the poster or Zdrowy kręgosłup - UKS Junior Zacisze Classes are conducted by UKS Junior Zacisze as part of the "Aktywnie na Targówku" program implemented with a grant awarded to non-governmental organizations in the area covered by the Gminny Program Rewitalizacji m.st. Warszawy.
