Big Band Młynarski/ Namysłowski + Karwan + Szroeder

During the original mapping "Wolskie ostańce – pamięć miasta zapisana w architekturze", by visual artist Sylwester Łuczak and composer Michał Jacaszek, the amphitheatre space will turn into a large-format audiovisual installation in which images, light and sound will create a poetic story about Wola – a district built from layers of history, constant transformations and traces left by successive generations of residents. Both parts of the finale – the contemporary mapping and the concert inspired by the music of the 1950s – are united by a common idea. Both the images and the music tell the same story: that a city exists not only thanks to preserved buildings, but above all thanks to the people who remember its stories, melodies and places.
