Gifts of Nature on the Autumn Table

Participants will learn about plants worth including in an autumn diet, as well as methods of processing vegetables and fruits. There will be no shortage of practical tips and inspiration for preparing aromatic, sweet, sour and spicy preserves. The lecture "Dary natury" will be led by Ewa Napiórkowska, curator of the Collection of Vegetable Plants at the PAN Botanical Garden in Powsin. The meeting will take place on Saturday, October 10 at 12:00 at the Main Library at ul. Kolegiacka 3. The event is organized as part of the project "Eko-skwer – a Wilanów meeting point with nature for the local community", financed by the Center for Social Communication of the Capital City of Warsaw.
