Open Day of Civil Engineers at Ursynów. Free consultations for residents

The Ursynów District Office is once again joining the organization of the Open Day of the Construction Engineer, an initiative of the Mazovian Regional Chamber of Civil Engineers aimed primarily at residents, owners of apartments and houses, housing communities, and people planning to build or renovate. On that day, civil engineers will be on duty at the District Office. Their knowledge and experience will be available free of charge. What can you come to an engineer with? The scope of consultations is broad. You can ask, among other things, about: a planned renovation of an apartment or house, rebuilding and modernization of a building, structural and installation solutions, the technical condition of a building or its elements, the safety of use of the facility, documentation related to the investment, preparation and conduct of construction, selection of technical solutions, problems arising during renovation or implementation of the investment. You don't need to be a specialist or know industry jargon. The idea of the event is the opportunity for a resident to talk directly with a person who has technical knowledge and professional experience. If the question concerns a specific apartment, house, or investment, it is worth – if possible – bringing documentation, drawings, photos, or other materials that will help the engineer better understand the problem. Instead of looking for answers on the Internet – ask a specialist During renovation or construction, questions often arise for which it is difficult to find a clear answer. Every building is different, and a solution that is correct in one case will not always be suitable in another. The Open Day of the Construction Engineer gives residents the opportunity to confront their ideas and doubts with a practitioner and obtain guidance on what further actions are worth taking. A consultation does not replace a design, technical expertise, or administrative proceedings, but it can help better understand the problem, indicate possible solutions, or suggest which specialist to turn to next.
