Dylan Mills MBE, better known as Dizzee Rascal, is a pioneering British rapper, producer and songwriter from East London who played a key role in defining the grime genre. His groundbreaking debut album "Boy in da Corner" from 2003 earned him the Mercury Prize, making him the youngest winner in the history of the award. In the following years, the artist achieved enormous commercial success, and his era-defining pop-rap hits such as "Dance Wiv Me", "Bonkers" and "Holiday" topped the charts, giving him four number ones in the UK. Dizzee Rascal is a cultural icon who performed at the opening ceremony of the 2012 London Olympics and was honored with the Order of the British Empire (MBE) in 2020 for services to music. The artist shows no signs of slowing down: his 2024 album "Don't Take It Personal" and the surprise EP "I Invented Grime" confirm his extraordinary talent, with which he continues to conquer the stages of European clubs and festivals.
