Good advice nobody wanted. How to support instead of lecturing? - workshop

The event is aimed at people who want to better navigate relationships with the younger generation and learn to share their experience in a way that does not close off dialogue. Participants will talk about how to listen with greater attentiveness, avoid a patronizing tone, and accept the fact that adult children have the right to their own decisions, choices, and mistakes. The workshop will be led by Denis Sokołowski, a Gestalt psychotherapist. Participation in the event is free, but prior registration via the application form is required. The workshop is part of a series of meetings for women dedicated to personal development and building satisfying relationships.
