October 25, 2026, 10:00 · Szkoła Podstawowa nr 204 · Szkoła Podstawowa nr 204
Residents' Councils represent the interests of their residents and strive through their activities to improve the quality of life of the local community. Council members are elected by the people living in a given neighborhood and are usually true community activists, engaged and devoting their free time to the idea of community. They are the salt of the earth of their "small homelands."
The term of neighborhood councils lasts five years.
By-elections in Radość will be held on October 25, due to the resignation of two councilors' mandates. This was decided by the Council of the Wawer District of the Capital City of Warsaw by voting on October 14, 2026, Resolution No. 130/XXXII/2026 on ordering by-elections to the Radość Neighborhood Council of the Wawer District of the Capital City of Warsaw. The rules of election are set out in Resolution No. 47/IX/2024 of November 13, 2024.
