Jazz in Polish: Helicopets

The sound of Helicopets draws inspiration from classic jazz avant-garde, electronics, trip-hop and ambient. The band juxtaposes spacious, atmospheric ballads with noise and electronic improvisations, moving freely between precise structure and controlled chaos. The band is led by guitarist Adam Baran, and the lineup is completed by: bass clarinetist Magdalena Sowul, drummer Józef Biegański and bassist Roman Chraniuk. In April 2026, the band's debut album entitled "Helicopeter" was released. In addition to Baran and Sowul, on the album we will hear a Norwegian rhythm section: drummer Sigurd Steinkopf, bassist Jone Kuven and electronic music producer Paweł Rychert. Doors open at 19:00, the concert will begin at 20:30. The JAZZ PO POLSKU concert series "Warsaw Live Sessions" is co-financed by the City of Warsaw.
