Ecological Picnic at the "Rembertów" Cultural Center

We invite you to the Ecological Picnic! During the Ecological Picnic, participants will have the opportunity to take part in workshops: IN THE WORLD OF AROMAS Autumn and winter are a demanding time for the body. How to support health during this difficult time? You can modify your routines and instead of cooling tea, sip warming infusions. During the workshops, we will talk about plants that support immunity. Participants will taste various infusions and then make their own herbal blend to sip on cold days. GRAINS AND SEEDS The world of seeds is rich and fascinating due to the diversity of shapes, colors, and sizes. The workshops will be an opportunity to learn about the function and diversity of seeds through artistic activities, experience, and play. During the workshops, participants will create colorful seed mosaics. NATURAL COSMETICS The skin is the largest organ, and it is worth taking care of it. During the workshops, we will learn about plants and natural products that will support our health in a gentle and balanced way. Using natural ingredients, we will make antiperspirants and dry oils that participants will take home. AUTUMN SOWING Autumn is not the end of gardening practices. You can move the garden to a windowsill and grow sprouts full of vitamins and minerals. During the workshops, participants will set up their own sprout cultivation, which they can grow on a home windowsill and incorporate into their menu. The event is carried out as part of the Cycle of concerts, theatre performances, meetings with artists, dances, workshops, picnics, and ornithological walks at the Dom Kultury „Rembertów”.
