Ergometer rowing

TN Biegówki invites you to rowing ergometer classes. Group E is not fixed, you can come to any class, but you must remember that the road to success is consistency. We offer 20 sessions of 1h training each, the classes are free of charge. Classes for anyone wanting to improve their endurance and strength. Age: adults 60+. Location The venue of the classes is the TWDW marina, ul. Wał Miedzeszyński 399. Date Class days: selected Tuesdays (10:00) and Thursdays (18:10).
