Learning glides on the front and on the back with a two-foot push off the pool wall, gliding and transitioning into swimming in the arrow position. Learning to swim in the arrow position on the front through obstacles submerged in shallow water. Learning to dive. Learning jumps into deep water feet-first from the edge, the wall and the starting block with assistance. Swimming out after the jump on the back with leg kick.
