Smolna 4 Free registration: form on the website Practical knowledge and networking #Net_Smolna is a program for entrepreneurial people from Warsaw and the surrounding area. It gives them the opportunity to gain practical knowledge, establish business contacts and benefit from the experience of experts and practitioners. The final meeting can be attended by both people who are only thinking about starting a company and owners of operating businesses, including service, expert, educational and creative companies. The program is also aimed at people 50+ and beginner entrepreneurs and freelancers. Meeting program After a welcome and a short presentation of the participants, three expert talks are planned: "Whoever you choose wins. Segmentation and positioning in the practice of a small company." You will learn ways to choose a client, how to stand out from the competition and why demographics alone are not enough. Speaker: Katarzyna Staciwa, brand strategist and business trainer, who has run the MINDWALK agency since 2004 "New location, new branch, new product – how to grow a company so that profits grow, not just costs?" You will learn how to assess a company's readiness for growth, what to calculate before opening a new location and how not to lose control over the business. Speaker: Militina Velyka, founder and CEO of MV Company, an expert in international taxes and foreign expansion, will give the talk "Can you see an opportunity where others see a problem?" You will learn how to respond to crises and changes in the market and how to turn difficult experiences into business ideas. Speaker: Marta Harazińska, co-owner of Perfectto Events, Dreamage and Stage 4You. The meeting will end with a networking block, during which participants will be able to build relationships and present their offers and products.
