Finance your business!

At the meeting you will learn: Where to look for information about available calls for proposals. How to prepare your company and project for applying. How to go through the process of preparing and submitting an application. We will also talk about which criteria and most common mistakes are worth paying attention to before you start applying. This will not be a workshop on grant theory, but a meeting with a practitioner who has been working on real projects and funding acquisition processes for years. Participants can expect specific tips, practical examples, the most common mistakes, and hints on what really matters when preparing a company and project to apply for support. The workshop will be led by Renata Haber - an expert in European funds, project management, and business development. For nearly 20 years she has been involved in the preparation and implementation of projects financed from EU funds, working with enterprises, startups, and business environment institutions. She has managed projects worth more than PLN 10 million. She currently heads EUROPE DIRECT Małopolska and projects supporting the development of entrepreneurship and early-stage companies. She is also a Regional EU Ambassador. She conducts training, workshops, and webinars on European funds, financing, business development, and project management, and also supports entrepreneurs and startups as a mentor.
