Frivolité lace from the first knot

The classes will be led by Elżbieta Jurzysta, a certified folk artist who has been practicing tatting since she was seven years old. Using this technique, she creates doilies, jewelry, clothing, and bags, combining traditional craft with her own ideas. Participants will learn to make double stitches, picots, rings, and chains, and then combine them into more elaborate patterns. Floral motifs, small jewelry, or a small doily will be made from thread and tiny beads. The instructor will also advise on how to choose materials and how to continue developing the new skill independently after the course ends. The workshops will take place on October 12, 19, and 26, from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM, at the Dom Pracy Twórczej in Powsin at ul. Ptysiowa 3. The organizer provides all necessary materials, including thread, beads, and shuttles used during the classes. The cost of participation in the entire three-part course is 400 zł per person.
