Functional Training in the forest

TN Biegówki invites you to classes called functional training in the Forest with equipment provided - spring and autumn (abbreviated group name: f). There will be 16 sessions, each 2h long. Cost of classes 12.5 PLN/person per session for: adults, youth and seniors. For anyone looking for motivation to consciously build a fit body. With these trainings we prepare for the winter season of downhill and cross-country skiing, cycling and running. Date and location Classes will take place on Saturdays at 9:30.
