Hotelowy gość. Concert premiere of the album

Who is a hotel guest? A wanderer, an observer, a person in constant motion, who leaves a piece of themselves in every new place, and in return takes away a baggage of human stories. This is exactly the intimate, multidimensional journey that Marcin Januszkiewicz offers during the premiere concert promoting his first, full-length and co-authored solo album – "Hotelowy gość". This event is unprecedented on the Polish music scene. On one album, four legends meet, outstanding masters of speech and Polish song: Artur Andrus, Jacek Cygan, Bogdan Olewicz and Andrzej Poniedzielski. Although the lyrics came from as many as five different pens, they are thoroughly imbued with Januszkiewicz's sensitivity. This is the fruit of years of relationships, fascinations, long conversations, as well as a beautiful, epistolary exchange of thoughts between the artists. Thanks to this, the recognizable style of the great authors becomes extremely personal in Marcin's mouth. They form a coherent and authentic manifesto. "Hotelowy gość", however, is not only a tribute to the tradition of excellent lyrics, but also a strong voice of Januszkiewicz himself as a mature artist. Alongside the masterful collaborations, we will hear original words written by him – led by the title track "Hotelowy gość" and the extremely personal single "Aśka".
