Hisham Matar at Nowy Teatr

This is the story of three Libyans whose fates intertwine during a tragic demonstration against Gaddafi's regime in London in 1984. Deprived of the possibility of returning to their homeland, they try to build a life in exile, finding support in friendship. Matar combines their story with a reflection on loyalty, belonging and the influence of politics on human fate. The conversation will be led by Agata Kasprolewicz, author of the podcast "Raport o książkach", and it will be translated by Anna Rosiak. Free admission. More on the theatre's website
