It is the perfect sport for those who like movement and sports competition. You don't need any experience or equipment – all you need is a willingness to learn and a bit of enthusiasm! Come, throw a frisbee and see how much fun a sport with a disc can bring! Classes are free for participants. Open and free frisbee classes for beginners take place on Thursdays from 17:30-19:00.
