History of Polish Women Photographers – meeting

The series is devoted to Polish women photographers — diverse in age, experience and interests, working in documentary, creative and experimental photography, in long-term projects, in the daily press and in early photographic techniques. Dorota Dawidowicz lives and works in Warsaw. She is a photographer who combines creation with documentary. She combines the life of a photographer with the work of a therapist. For four years she has been working on the project "Kino historie" telling about people and spaces that are often already disappearing. Dorota Awiorko lives and works in Lublin. She is a photographer, photojournalist, author of film materials and a lecturer. For more than twenty-five years she has been professionally and creatively involved with photography.
