It is also mistakes, difficult decisions, conversations that are not always easy, and moments when you have to decide what to do next. During the meeting, we invite you to an inspiring talk by Agnieszka Maciejowska – CEO & co-founder of Plan Be Eco, an entrepreneur with 16 years of experience in building and scaling technology businesses, founder of Evenea.pl and a startup mentor. Agnieszka will talk about business from the perspective of her own experiences – both successes and decisions that were not always obvious. We will discuss, among other things: what mistakes are worth avoiding when running a company, what can truly determine business success, why good communication can decide the success of a collaboration, how to make difficult decisions when the stakes are high, how to wisely divide shares in a company and what to pay attention to already at the beginning of a collaboration.
