Marek Kudlicki Organ Recital

We invite you to a unique evening of organ music performed by Marek Kudlicki – a world-renowned Polish organist and conductor. The artist, honored with, among others, the "Bene Merito" Honorary Badge, has performed in prestigious halls on all continents (including 59 tours of the USA and Canada). As a tireless promoter of Polish music, he weaves works by Polish composers into his rich repertoire. During the Warsaw concert, the audience will hear a cross-sectional program showcasing the full range of the organ's sound. The evening will open with Baroque compositions by Johann Krieger and a collection of melodic chorale preludes by Johann Sebastian Bach. In the second part, powerful Romantic and Neo-Romantic works will resound (M.E. Bossi, F. Peeters, F. Borowski), and the culmination of the concert will be the monumental Rota – Passacaglia on a theme by Feliks Nowowiejski, deeply rooted in Polish tradition, by Bronisław Kazimierz Przybylski.
