The Tango Mio ensemble, with its concert "Wojskowy z wąsikami – Łomianki dla Niepodległej," aims to honor the National Independence Day by presenting to the residents of Łomianki the music that was listened to and danced to directly after regaining independence. The 1920s and 1930s were a difficult time of building a new state, but also a joyful time of fascination with music and dance as finally deserved entertainment. Regaining independence meant the beginning of a new cultural life in a new, reborn state. Thanks to the combination of music and history, past dates and events associated with them will become closer, and the audience will feel as if transported to the singing times of the interwar period. The concert will be enriched by a performance of a dance couple. An Accessibility Assistant will be present during the concert. Under the Accessibility Act, persons with special needs wishing to participate in the event are asked to contact 516 768 500 within 7 days before the event. The project is co-financed by the Gmina Łomianki and implemented by the Fundacja Partytura. Event partners: Centrum Kultury w Łomiankach, Integracyjne Centrum Dydaktyczno – Sportowe w Łomiankach.
