Queens of Life - performance as part of the Autumn with Theatre series

Collection of free invitations for the performance “Królowe życia” realized for the residents of the Ochota district, at the Auditorium of the Ośrodek Kultury Ochoty, ul. Radomska 13/21 on 5 October 2026 (Monday) from 16:30 to 18:00 or until the pool of invitations is exhausted. It is possible to reserve invitations for the performance electronically via the online form https://forms.cloud.microsoft/e/m41M1nkFyw?origin=lprLink on 28 September 2026 (Monday) from 9:00 - invitations will be available for collection at the date and location indicated in the email. Note: Limited number of invitations for the performance: in the case of invitations distributed on 5 October 2026 at the Auditorium of the Ośrodek Kultury Ochoty, the possibility of receiving invitations is determined by the order of in-person collection of a maximum of 2 invitations per person. in the case of electronic reservation of invitations, the possibility of receiving invitations is determined by the order of online submissions - the first 100 people (residents of Ochota) who correctly complete the form will receive invitations (maximum of 2 invitations per person). It is not possible to reserve invitations by phone. NOTE: Only persons who have reached the age of 16 may apply for invitations. In order to collect free invitations for the performance, please bring an ID document or other print confirming residence in the Ochota district.
