Assumptions of the „Kompas Jutra” programme
Reforma26 „Kompas Jutra” is a nationwide programme for the evolutionary modernization of Polish education. It moves away from memorizing knowledge in favour of developing practical future competences. The main pillars of the programme are:
Key competences: Development of critical thinking, teamwork and students' independence.
Digital hygiene: Preparing children to navigate the digital world safely and to verify information.
Health education: Implementing new components that take care of the physical and mental condition of young people.
Modern assessment: Increasing the role of descriptive assessment, which motivates and supports the student's real progress.
The „Moc Współpracy w Edukacji” project
The event is carried out as part of the „Moc Współpracy w Edukacji” project, initiated by the Instytut Badań Edukacyjnych. This initiative, coordinated locally by the Reforma Ambassadors from Szkoła Podstawowa nr 187 and Szkoła Podstawowa nr 247, aims to build a lasting dialogue between the school, parents and the local government. Cooperation between these communities is the key to a stable and safe implementation of the new teaching standards.
