Schedule of classes and location The spring edition of the training will be held within the walls of our unit – at the "Wodnik" Swimming Pool. We have prepared two date options to make it easier for participants to fit the training into their daily schedule. There are two training groups to choose from: Monday group : classes from 17:00–19:00 (start September 28, end November 23). Friday group : classes from 17:00–19:00 (start October 2, end November 27). Applications are accepted in two ways: By phone: at 22 291 28 02 (from 8:00–14:00). What will you learn during the course? "Bezpieczna Warszawianka" is more than just learning strikes. The program includes learning to recognize dangers, techniques for escaping grips, and ways to use everyday objects for defense. Why is it worth taking part? Participating in the course is an investment in a sense of security and physical fitness. For the female residents of Praga-Południe, it is a chance to gain professional knowledge in the local and well-known space of the "Wodnik" Swimming Pool. In addition to learning physical techniques, women gain the opportunity to spend time actively in the company of other women, which builds mutual support and a positive atmosphere.
