ABS Lecture – Diet for Brain Health

On Thursday, 12 November 2026, we invite you to an ABS lecture with Olga Korycka, who will talk about how diet affects brain health and well-being. Participants will learn how to eat to have more energy after the age of 60. We meet in the auditorium of BCK at ul. Konarskiego 20 at 11:00 and 13:00. Free admission. We warmly invite you! The Bemowo Senior Academy is a series of educational meetings for the oldest generation of Bemowo residents. Every week on Thursdays we meet for one-hour lectures devoted to topics including health, history, safety and new technologies. The talks take place in the Auditorium of the Bemowo Cultural Centre at ul. Konarskiego 2.
