Forest bathing for adults

During the meeting, we will immerse ourselves in the atmosphere of the forest, using elements of forest bathing – mindful observation, contact with nature, the sounds and smells of the forest. Together we will also look at what influences forest biodiversity and what we can do to protect it. We will talk about, among other things, climate change, human activity, the loss of natural habitats and other threats to forest ecosystems. During the workshops, we will also look for connections between the world of fantasy and the real challenges facing our planet. Because the forest can be not only the setting of extraordinary stories – it is above all a complex, living ecosystem of which we are a part. 22 September 2026 11:15–14:15 Meeting point: WCK Aleksandrów, ul.
