Ligalize

Material from the latest album, as well as the best and most recognizable tracks from throughout the artist's career. Hip-hop with an emphasis on meaning, the word, and a homey atmosphere, where the artist is in direct contact with the audience. Ligalize is one of the key OGs of Russian-language rap, more than 20 years on stage. He is known for strong lyrics, a recognizable delivery, and the powerful energy of live performances. In 2006, he released his debut album XL, which received two "Gold Disc" statuses, was named "Album of the Year" by Rap.ru, and brought the artist an MTV Russia Music Awards prize in the "Best Hip-Hop / Rap / R'n'B Project" category for the track "Budushchie Mamy." Over the years, Ligalize has worked both in a solo format and within projects — including "Yarost Inc.," with which the album "Bochka Dyogtya" was released. In the 2010s, he returned to active solo work, releasing the albums "Zhivoy," "Molodoy Korol," and ALI, and also revived the cult group D.O.B., recording the duet album "Aborigeny Funka." Over the course of his career, Ligalize has performed on the same stage with 50 Cent, Busta Rhymes, Black Eyed Peas, ONYX, Noize MC, and other artists. On June 30, 2023, Ligalize released the anti-war music video "Mir!! Vashemu!! Domu!!," after which he emigrated from Russia to Lithuania. In 2025, he released the anti-war album "Epizod 4," which became an important part of his contemporary discography.
