Linocut workshop - create your own print from design to print

How do the workshops proceed? The classes will allow participants to learn about the successive stages of creating a linocut. The program includes: designing and transferring your own drawing onto a linoleum block, learning safe work with gouges and techniques for cutting the block, learning the principles of printing and working with graphic inks, making original prints ready to take home. The workshops are an excellent opportunity to develop creativity and learn about one of the most interesting traditional graphic techniques. Organizational information Duration: 2.5 hours Instructor: Monika Waśkiewicz Number of participants: maximum 10 people Due to work with sharp gouges, the workshops are not intended for small children. Participation is open to persons aged 8 and over under the supervision of an adult. The project "Kultura blisko mieszkańców" is financed by the Dzielnica Wawer of the Capital City of Warsaw, implemented by the Stowarzyszenie "Radość z pomagania" in cooperation with the Wawerski Ośrodek Wsparcia.
