Inheritance law - meeting with a lawyer

During the meeting we will discuss the following topics: Will and inheritance – who inherits and how to secure your will? Forced share (zachowek) – who is entitled to it and when does it matter? Apartment and rights to the premises – what happens to the apartment after the owner's death? Funeral matters – what formalities are worth arranging in advance? Documents and powers of attorney – what is worth preparing and organizing? Savings and assets – how to make it easier for loved ones to access important information? The meeting will be led by attorney Katarzyna Bukowska, a lawyer with over 15 years of professional experience. November 6 (Friday) 11:00–13:00 ul.
