Training A workshop aimed at people managing teams or co-workers who want to conduct feedback conversations and resolve conflicts in a constructive way. What you will learn: how to give constructive, developmental feedback, how to formulate feedback in a specific and actionable way, how to conduct feedback conversations without tension and stress, how to effectively resolve conflicts in professional relationships, how to build the attitude of an empathetic leader, combining business goals with mindfulness of people. The classes are based on the participants' real professional situations and include simulation exercises, thanks to which you will immediately translate knowledge into practice.
