What you will learn: how to conduct communication based on real needs rather than judgments, how to formulate clear, non-confrontational messages, how to give and receive feedback without tension, how to build business relationships based on trust. Led by: dr Agnieszka Marzęda – lecturer at the Faculty of Journalism of the University of Warsaw (Department of Social Communication and PR), winner of the Lwy PR competition in the Education category, for over 20 years connected with the publishing industry and marketing communication, PR and marketing coordinator in the LBC community.
