Class description Group swimming lessons "KACZUSZKA" are aimed at familiarizing a small child with water through games and activities using various swimming equipment, learning skills related to elementary swimming, including: learning to breathe (exhaling air through the mouth, nose, rhythmic breathing, holding breath), jumping into water on the feet: from sitting, squatting, standing position, learning to lie and glide on the front and back, learning movements that allow moving in the front and back position, learning leg movements in swimming on the back and front. Exercises with and without swimming equipment, elementary swimming – "arrow", "doggy paddle", learning elementary arm movements for backstroke and freestyle swimming. The group has a maximum of 12 people (6 children and 6 guardians). For whom? Classes are intended for preschool children, i.e. from 3 to 6 years of age, who are beginning their swimming adventure. Where and when? Classes take place at the swimming pool of Białołęcki Ośrodek Sportu, at ul. Światowida 56, according to the schedule . How to sign up? Registration is handled by the reception desk.
