Empty nest, full self - workshop for moms

Participants will talk about the changes that occur after children become independent, ways to find one's own identity, and building new, partnership-based relationships with now-adult children. The program will also include topics related to the relationship with a partner, discovering one's own needs, and planning the next stages of life. The meeting will be led by Denis Sokołowski, a Gestalt psychotherapist. Participation in the workshop is free, but the number of places is limited. Advance registration via the application form is required.
