Autumn Relaxation" – relaxation concert with Tibetan singing bowls, gong, handpan and voices

During the meeting we will hear not only beautiful sounds, but we will experience deep relaxation and unwinding. Relaxation concerts are therapeutic musical journeys that are not only an aesthetic impression, but also a way to quickly restore harmony of soul and body. The event will be led by the female duo Angela Gaber and Marcelina Sokół (Merkaba Music Theraphy). The concert will take place in a lying position, participants are asked to bring their own yoga mats, blankets and pillows for their heads.
