Autumn edition of the Wszystkie Mazurki Świata Festival

All the Mazurkas of the World is a meeting of rural masters, young musicians, singers and dancers, and at the same time a space for the living transmission of tradition. For years, the festival has combined concerts and dance parties with workshops, educational activities and meetings with makers of folk instruments. Dance occupies an important place in it – mazurkas, obereks and polkas are performed not as a museum repertoire, but as music that is still present and developed by successive generations of artists. The organizer of the event is the All the Mazurkas of the World Foundation, which has been working since 2010 to popularize Polish traditional music. The detailed program of the autumn edition has not yet been published. More on the festival website
