Health gymnastics 55+ – Szanajcy 17/19

We cordially invite residents aged 55+ who want to spend their free time actively, improve their figure, fitness and health to participate in health gymnastics classes. Classes are held on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays at 09:30-10:30 and 10:45-11:45. Monthly payment according to the price list. Due to the limited capacity of the room, registration is required by calling 22 619 11 20 ext. 105. A group of seniors exercising on mats in a standing position.
