Health gymnastics 55+ – Szanajcy 17/19

We cordially invite residents aged 55+ who wish to spend their free time actively, improve their figure, fitness and health to health gymnastics classes. The classes take place on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 09:30-10:30 and 10:45-11:45. Monthly payment according to the price list. Due to the limited capacity of the room, registration is required for the classes, which we conduct at the phone number 22 619 11 20 ext. 105.
