Songs of Mr. Fogg

“Our world looked brighter, once in days of old” – sang Mieczysław Fogg, whose work to this day evokes nostalgia and delights successive generations of listeners. It is not without reason that 2026 has been declared the Year of Mieczysław Fogg. On this occasion, on 23 November, a special concert by Justyna Jary and Alegancka Kapela will take place. Both the master's timeless hits and contemporary musical stories inspired by Warsaw tradition will be performed. To the sound of accordion, banjo, mandolin, double bass, saxophone and drums, songs such as “To ostatnia niedziela”, “W małym kinie”, “Przy kominku” and “Bujaj się Fela” will be heard. The artists invite everyone to sing and dance together, reminding us that a good song knows no age, and the Warsaw hit can still sweep the audience away.
